Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping rates

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below this, a shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

Duties & taxes

Depending on your location, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. Where these apply, they're payable by the recipient.

Tracking, delays & lost parcels

Once your order ships, you can follow it using the tracking link in your dispatch email. If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email care@reset-ritual.com and we'll help you trace it.
